VENI HOMES
Is a New Zealand Property Development company based in Waikato, with housing projects across the Auckland and Waikato Regions.
Ved Prakash Singh and Nidhi Singh are the masterminds behind Veni Homes. Together they have a strong history in the healthcare sector, and both ensure that care and compassion are at the heart of all their work.
HOW IT STARTED
Veni Homes first started through Nidhi’s passion for architecture and design, and after they completed their project in Birkenhead, Auckland, they were eager to create more quality homes. They not only loved the experience of building in Birkenhead, but also saw the need for more quality, affordable and unique homes for Kiwis in Aotearoa. VP and Nidhi knew that with their care, creativity, and willingness to help at the forefront they would be able to provide beautifully designed homes for New Zealanders.
Veni Homes have cleverly crafted four projects across the Auckland and Waikato Regions, with Tunawhakapeke being their first bigger subdivision. Tunawhakapeke is where they aim to foster a sense of community that reflects the Rototuna area in the Waikato, and represents the strong surroundings of Ngāti Wairere.

Ved Prakash Singh, commonly known as VP, is a Gynaecologist and Fertility specialist based in the Waikato region. He holds a senior position at Anglesea Gynecology, Anglesea Hospital, and Fertility Associates. VP is extremely dedicated and passionate about the work he does within the Healthcare sector, and Veni Homes provides VP with a creative outlet and innovative possibilities for the future in the housing sector.
Previously a General Practitioner for 15 years, Nidhi is now turning her expertise in care and compassion toward property development and interior design to help create beautiful homes for Kiwis. Nidhi has an incredible eye for detail and is always working to make sure each home is being built to be the most practical and as community-centric as possible. A special part of the building process is walking through every house plan and visualising themselves in that space to ensure the home is as perfect as can be!
VP and Nidhi are also proud parents to three amazing adult boys, all of which have grown into adults and are enjoying their own journeys. When VP isn’t helping patients or Nidhi designing beautiful homes they enjoy spending time and connecting with their family and friends.
Ultimately, VP and Nidhi want kiwis to have the ability to own a quality and affordable home in communities that bring people together.
